How do I activate my new SIM?
Please call us on 1300 38 35 88 so that we can activate your account as soon as possible.
How do I apply for Direct Debit service?
Please fill the DDR form on our website, it is in the dropdown menu under the support button. Send it to us via Fax: 02 92801881 or email :account@etel.com.au. Please call us on 1300 38 35 88 to confirm.
If you had previously applied for Direct Debit and would like to change your Direct Debit details, simply download the Change Direct Debit form and return completed form back to us.
What happens if I lose my SIM?
Call our office and we will apply a stolen bar on it so that your sim card will not be unable to make or receive calls. We will be able to send you a new sim for the same number, but a $25 replacement fee will be charged.
How to activate or deactivate an IDD or roaming service?
Please check the charged rates for these services under the Product tag of our home page.
Call us to activate or deactivate services. Please note that we do not activate roaming for e.mobile no plan autopay $50 plan.
How do I change my personal details?
This includes information such as Name, Company Name, Date of Birth and Address. A written notice, accompanied by the applicant’s signature, needs to be sent to our company through either email account@etel.com.au, fax or by post, in order to change these details. Please download the Change of Details form, fill up the necessary information and return back the completed form to us.
My SIM card has been locked. How do I unlock my SIM?
You may call us for your PIN number and your PUK number. However, please note that the standard security procedures will be conducted, where questions are asked about personal information previously provided for identity confirmation.
If the wrong PUK number is entered for more than 3 times, the SIM card will be locked and will have to be replaced. ($25 replacement charge applies)
